It would seem I should have put my glasses on while checking this, it contains Maltodextrin and Microcrystalline Cellulose and I must say it has spiked my insulin blood sugar levels to the max as I'm doing intermittent fasting this product does not go with it, as these ingredients are high on the glycemic index and Maltodextrin is the worst, you will feel like your popping candy with this its that sweet and contains really low volumes of some of the essential aminos, your gonna feel like popping these like tic tacs, bad purchase for 17 quid. 100 pills and 5 a day recommended, if you can limit yourself to just 5 as it tastes ridiculously sweet, that will last you 20 days at best and 10-15 days if you do a little more than 5 which I do not recommend trust me.Will not be buying these again unless you make it less sweet take out the Maltodextrin and cellulose and replace it with healthier options please.

I find protein shakes disgusting so this is a great alternative. Amazing taste 😋

With very tight schedule and being always on the run these easy to carry along really help to support completing the essentials amino acids through the day in between snacks/meals. Good product!

Tried one and had to spit it out, the smell and flavour isn't good and has a nasty chemical aftertaste (from the sweeteners i assume). They're also very hard and contains lumps of dry powder.

When I saw these and saw chews, I assumed they would be chewy... like chewitts or something. I have previously had cherry flavoured creatine chews that are each individually wrapped and they are ok. I have been to USA a lot of times and bought random stuff from GNC when out there and I think "WHAT IS THATT??????"These are like powder crushed into pill shapes that dissolve in your mouth with some flavouring.These are actually technically CREATINE TABLETS THAT ALSO ARE CHEWABLE. they are not CHEWS.They do taste good with the berry flavour and I can tolerate them but not what should be. The taste is decent however.Please develop a product that is actually CHEWS or change the product name to EDIBLE TABLETS.I really wanted to rate highly and went in with excitement but the moment I opened the product and saw powder around the sides due to transit, i knew that it was not what my heart wanted it to be.

These taste okay even if nowhere as nice as normal sweets. They were pretty easy to get down and haven't caused any acid re-flux. i'm not massively convinced by the benefits of consuming BCAAs but this doesn't seem to have done me any harm and some people do claim to experience big benefits.Overall I prefer powders or even tablets as they are cheaper.

These are really nice and tasty initially when you first bite into them and chew them but when you get to the middle there's a slight taste for a little bit of flavoured paracetamol or something, but otherwise they;re pretty nice. Partner is very happy with them as they have all nine of the essential amino acids in them like any decent BCAA complex and fit a fair amount in each one for the size and has been happy with their performance over the past few weeks so would recommend and get again.
