I've found that the brace is tighter at the thigh and becomes a bit lose around the actual knee. All in all not bad but would prefer it had been tighter around the knee which is where I was really looking for compression.

These will not stay in place and are much too large based on the measurements provided. No compression at all.

They fit awesome! My thighs are 26" around (at their thickest), but the large fit me just fine. The non-slide end would work if it would stop rolling in on itself, but I'm sure it's a fairly easy fix. I love these!

Not a good product

These knee/leg compression sleeves are GREAT! I previously bought another brand on Amazon, but that one was not nearly as comfortable on my leg/knee.I use mine under an 'unloader brace' to run, following a couple knee surgeries. This sleeve fits very comfortably and the elastic on the thigh end expands very well up onto my lower thigh and stays secure under my brace.Just overall a very comfortable sleeve.I would recommend these to others, and I'd likely buy these again when I need more.
