The tools were a good value and super useful. The gloves were a disaster, offering no protection.

This is a decent set for the price, all of the tools you would expect and the weeder was a nice addition. I didn't know what the watering spikes were or how to use them until I went back to the listing...they should include a little instruction page on that. I have a few of these sets as I have a big piece of property and I don't want to have to go searching each time I need it so I put them in various locations and this is the first set that included the gardening wire which I loved. The bag is well constructed and gives you lots of room, I just wish it had a shoulder strap instead of just the short handles. I felt it was a good set for the price, but giftable?? The box it comes in...no so much but you could take it out of the box and stuff a few extra gardening goodies in it and that would look great.

This garden set has a lot to like about it. The tools are all heavy duty. We've had other garden tools where the metal bends, but these are sturdy and heavy duty.The carry/storage bag is also higher quality than I expected. The material isn't super thick, but it's sturdy and well made (maybe I can find one more way to call it sturdy :)The gloves with the claws are not so sturdy (ha, there we go). I'd prefer gloves without the claws, but it's novel, and if you need them, they're there.Overall, this kit has what you need for gardening, and will stand up to good use, cause you know, sturdy. :)Enjoy your gardening!

I included pictures of the box and contents. The tools are great quality and the accessories are useful. I had never used a watering device like these. I put on a small soda bottle just to show you. But use a large bottle and set it for a slow drip. I'd give this entire set six stars.
