This item contained many devices to aid with long hair. Yes, they are cheaply made, but I feel that it was pretty good value for the money spent. The instructions are not good, but you can find videos on the internet. I have long hair and like to braid it in different ways. Overall, I recommend this if you have long hair.

I bought these to try an updo for a wedding. I ended up not using most of the items because there are so many choices, but it's a great value for the money and the items I used seemed fairly durable. I found a Youtube video that explained how to use a lot of them.

They don’t do there job and very poorly made

It comes as one set of several small packages together in a bag. The bag was then vacuum sealed to flatten everything out, which makes no sense considering that they shipped it in an envelope that certainly had plenty of room to accommodate the pieces as they were. The donut buns are completely flattened out as you can see by the picture the brown one on top is my own which I was replacing because the center hole has been stretched out over time but these two Donuts that I received have absolutely no fluff to them at all and it's going to be impossible to get them into proper shape. The hair bump pads which I was never going to use anyway more than likely or potato chip thin at this point as you can see by the picture. The padded French twist wraps are both also completely flattened wafer thin the one on the top is again my own from a couple of years ago and I was replacing it because it was flattened out, but in comparison to these two it looks plump and ready to go.Since I have fine hair and I live in a hot climate, I like to keep my hair up off my neck during the hottest parts of the day. But ponytails pull and give me a headache because I have to make them so tight in order to keep them from falling out, so I've started using the donut buns and the French twist clips which would help put my hair up in a bun. That's the reason I got this set was because of how many tools it has for doing that. I've always loved the spiral pins which will help me keep my bun on top of my head without a lot of pulling or lots of bobby pins to keep it in place, and if I can gather it into a loose ponytail and then wrap it around one of the donut buns that holds on even better than anything else without pulling. But both donuts and both French twist wraps are so wafer thin at this point that I don't know that the foam in them can ever be coaxed back to life. That makes them an utter waste of money. The only reason this set isn't getting one star is because there are some other tools here that I can use, but the ones I wanted most and the ones that sold me on buying this kit are absolutely useless.

It’s a nice little set with a wide variety for a decent price. I bought this for granddaughter’s hair. She turns 6 tomorrow and her hair has finally grown out after “the chopping it off by herself” phase that she went through! So not knowing what works best for her hair, or what styles she likes, this to me is a great way to find out what we will use the most, or least, and buy better quality down the line. About half of these items have picture directions, but the others were easy enough to locate directions for on Amazons videos, etc.
