Disappointing
While this scans documents very efficiently, I can not get it to copy both sides at the same time. It did not come with any instructions and customer service is, I guess, is not available. I would not buy it again. I was being generous in giving it 3 stars because it does in fact scan and can accommodate larger documents. That being said, it does not effortlessly copy front and back at the same time as I was led to believe it would.
