Q: Are they washer safe? I'm planning to use for washable/ reusable cotton face masks, not sure if they can be washed and stay fine?

Not paper, but I doubt they would hold up to going through a washing machine. If you do decide to go with this option, I suggest making a "sleeve" in which the twist tie can slide in/out of.

Q: i am looking for twist ties for face masks - which would be better - your black plastic or your white paper ?

I got the paper. Though delivery was prompt, it is so disappointing. They are too small, cheaply made, to do any good to make a nose bridge for a fabric mask. They are too flimsy to hold shape that is critical for safely shaping around the nose.

Q: Where is this product made?

China. I was astounded at how cheap and cheesy they are. Though delivery was quick, what a waste of money. No way will these work to make a nose bridge for a surgical mask.
