Here are some of my thoughts on this product. This will provide a better sense of what you are looking at, in addition to the description written by seller.- Nice four set of knife with ergonomic handles.- All of them came sharp packed safely in a box. Good for gifting.- One advice: ceramic knife cannot be sharpened as easily as steel knives. That said, they don’t dull easily.Overall, a good set of average knives. Okay for the price. I occasionally submit reviews for products I enjoy using so I got to buy this first unit at a lower price than listed here. If I rate this product 5 out of 5, I will purchase it again and will recommend the product to my friends. If I rate this product 4 out of 5, I will purchase it again in the case where there is no alternative option. If I rate this product 3 out of 5, I won’t purchase it again but I will keep using the current unit I have already purchased. The main problem with these knives is that they are super fragile. They break and chip easily. I ended up throwing 2 of the knives away within a couple of months. The others have a couple of chips on them, but are still usable. They also start out super sharp and within months are pretty dull. I ended up getting a set of 6 stainless steel knives from Costco for a cheaper price, they are way sharper, come with covers, and have lifetime warranty.

Nice knives, but the smallest (and most used) broke after about a year of use. The top of the handle broke allowing the blade to move. Either we got a bad one, or the handle is poorly designed.

These knives are sharp. The only thing I hate is that they do not have covers for them.

Should never have purchased, especially as this was a Christmas gift. How could I have fallen for "never needs sharpening."

Die Messer werden bei mir für die BARF bzw. Rohfleischfütterung + Supplemente Zubereitung der Katzen benutzt und hierfür eignen sie sich auch bestens.Tests waren bisher mit Huhn, Pferd und ganze Sprotten. Dabei:- Durchwachsenes Fleisch (also mit Fett oder bei Huhn Haut)- Dichtes Muskelfleisch à la Herzen, Mägen- 'Standard'muskelfleisch bzw. filet, wobei das immer leicht zu schneiden ist- Sehr 'flutschiges' wenn aufgetaut wie zb. LeberFür Knochen kommt natürlich eine Geflügelschere zum Einsatz.Und alle Tests bestanden. Mit dem kleinen Messern zerkleinere ich nicht so gerne da das Eigengewicht beim Schneiden doch viel ausmacht, aber für feine Arbeiten wie abtrennen von Haut ist es sehr gut.Das größte Messer ist klasse zum effizienten schneiden, dann auf die Messerschneide schieben und ab in den Mixtopf.Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Für ein limitiertes Budget sind die Messer wirklich gut ohne das man noch -zich Sachen dazukaufen muss.
