ordered the bike got a killer deal but it was missing a seat post and front wheel quick release. contacted dave in the eagle service department by calling 18006839767 which is eagles main line. told him about my situation and asked if there were replacements available for the seat post since it looked like a proprietary design, he told me it was proprietary and there are no replacements available. if it wasn't for that the bike would get a five star review from me but i would seriously advise anybody who is ready to spend 2 to 5 thousand dollars on a bicycle to make sure they offer replacement parts. i was lucky enough to purchase the bicycle at a great deal and will keep it for the shimano gearset alone.
