Gel Hand Grip (Medium Resistance)

Excellent hand and finger grip. Use it to strenghten hand for guitar playing. Does what it claims to do and does it well. Cant beat the price. Good buy.

In my haste to examine the new Grip, I did not read the box. The box actually has a WARNING: This product contains chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. This is a statement that I am not very comfortable, especially with small children around me.I won't be using it anymore, and I don't know if I could return it; pretty bummed out!!!!

This thing's so good, I got a second one so I can use one in each hand at the same time. If you miss the powdery dryness from when it was brand new, just powder it up with any body skin powder. The whole thing is soft enough so you get some movement range, even if you're not squeezing strongly. If you do it strong, you'll still get good use out of it. Give it a try.

Got it to use to strengthen my fingers and hands for fretting the chords on the ukulele. I am pleased and recommend highlyUpdate: I am pleased with the results for my fingers and hand strength. What really amazes me is the ability of this gel thing to allow me to really stretch and hold my pinky finger in place. Also, I can use mock chord fretting positions on the "bar of soap" (everyone who sees it thinks at first it is a bar of soap) to hold each finger in place and exercise it, giving my hand and fingers memory for any chord. . .

Easy to use while you are working on the computer or watching TV. The compression works to strengthen your hand without causing excess strain. I anticipate using this for years to come as a way to ensure that my grip remains strong for weight training.

I'm using this to build - maintain hand strength for firearms related sklls, this is much better than any of the spring tention devices that I have used in the past. As other have said, its great for the office as it does not make any noise when being used. I would recommend to anyone that needs to build or maintain hand strength.

I have six of these,use everyday. Very pleased with product.Clean in warm water only.
