I thought it was a little pricey until I received it, I was home sick with a head cold and strep throat. I did not want to share with family and/or friends. I had shopped the day prior for some cold meds but nothing was helping. I ordered from Amazon and received the next day,it worked and I was at least able to sleep until I was well! It worked for my cold symptoms. P.S. I have to have antibiotics on hand at all times since my knee replacement for dental visits and pedicures. I had it for my strepthroat.
