Quality build not so good. I had to put bigger screws in to keep the doors hinged correctly. First shipment came damaged. It took 3 weeks to get new pieces but at least they resolved the issue. Communications from Cymax on the other hand was not good. No email updates with status of replacement nor a response when I emailed in.

Hudson Electric Fireplace 4100E-E
This is a very nice fireplace and looks awesome in our living room. When it is on, the view is almost real and provides a comfortable heat without noise. It took me only about an hour to set it up and I just added a glass sheet on top to protect the surface.I highly recommend it.
