This is exactly what I needed. I spend a few hours per week waiting in my car. I need to drive my wife to an appointment and wait 2 or more hours. It is too far to drive back home. And quite frankly. Unproductive and wasteful, so I decided to bring my laptop and work from the car. This is perfect. It's easy to carry, it's just the right size, and it only takes seconds to setup. I use the armrest as my mouse pad, and my laptop fits perfectly on the deck. I can even mount my portable laptop charger in one of the pockets.After using it a few times, I wish I purchased this years ago. Before I worked from home, I was on the road all the time and took many conference calls from the side of the road and had thousands of meals in a parking lot... This would have been such a delight.I already have plans to add a portable monitor and keyboard instead of the laptop so I will have a better typing experience and more screen real estate when working from the car. The keyboard will go where the laptop sits and the monitor will mount to the top section. Then the laptop can sit on the seat and charge while a USB C cable will power the monitor. I will even be able to keep this in my car so when I open it up. I can plop it on the wheel and get to work. I even changed my seating position memory for position 2 to raise the steering wheel and push back the seat so it is more comfortable to work.This made working/eating from the car so much easier and more comfortable.

Easy to use. As described. Fit over my steering wheel which has a big nubby leather-like cover. Larger than I expected, it fit my 13" laptop easily, with plenty of room to spare. I took a zoom call in my car while eating a salad. Aesthetically it is pretty boring and black, but given that it stays in the car, it blends in with black interior. I don't want it to draw attention or look inviting. Haven't spilled anything on it so don't know about cleaning. Bunch of pockets are in the lid inside. I was actually able to put my phone in one of the stretchy tabs to hold it up so I could keep an eye on my text messages and slack while I was on the computer zoom call. Very hands free. Like!

UPDATE Feb 2022: I was contacted by Jenny from JOYTUTUS. She apologized for the 'bad user experience', thanked me for bringing it to their attention, and assured me they '... will take it into consideration in next product upgrade.' They refunded 50% of what I had paid which will go toward the modification necessary for me to make this useable. That kind of commitment to customer satisfaction was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I purchased this hoping it would help when we do the "dashboard dining" thing instead of dining in at restaurants. Some foods just don't travel well for taking home (think soggy tacos!) so we've been eating in the car while they're still fresh. Our Acura has a very rounded dashboard making it impractical for holding a food tray- even for just a brief moment.Even with the steering wheel in its highest position and the driver's seat moved as far back as possible, the tray doesn't open out enough to be horizontal. If you look closely at their photos, you can see that only a slim and flat-chested person can lower the tray to a usable position. I am not that slim and while I'm not Dolly Parton, I have more than my share "there". So... the tray hits my chest while still at too much of an angle for it to be of any assistance. I could do some modification to make it work better, but haven't actually done it. If we still had kids, this would be awesome for use in the back seat.

Love how easy this is! My work has me on the road a lot so I am often on my laptop in my car, even eating on the road. I’ve tried other mobile desk/table variations that hook line a tray onto the steering wheel and this product is much better. Plus it doubles as a laptop bag that I can keep pens and my notepad in which is very convenient. It’s super sturdy to hold my Mac and I find it very convenient come lunchtime!

I love it, except stitching torn up after 2 uses. I didn't even have more weight on it than my hand holding a paper while writing. Stitching issue in a place that hasn't hindered my work, but I keep waiting for the final day already

I love its usefulness. I’m skinny, but it barely fits in the big vehicle I drive. I have to scoot the seat all the way back and recline it a tad. I eat in the car a lot and this gives me a table to enjoy my lunch.
