This thing is so easy my wife has no problem with the "hard" level. The difference in difficulty levels is almost non-existent. Disappointing.

Flimsy. You'll get a 4 or 5 months use out of this, at which time it will break.

Feels well made and does its job. I can't seem to tell a difference between the weight adjustments though. Regardless of how far I turn the adjustment it all feels the same. Other than that it's great. I use mine while driving for work every week.

This AZSPORT Hand Grip Strengthener works great, the resistance adjustment is easy to use, and goes from 20 t0 80 pounds so you have a wide range to choose from.I have been using this product for a while, and I can definitely enjoying the improvement of my hand grip and arm strength and increased muscle tone in my arm. This tool would also be good for anyone that want to maintain or regain their hand strength. It will probably be beneficial for those weak forearm muscle. Although in today’s world it is not necessary to have strong forearm, it can give you a boost in confidence when using your forearm to the heavy work. Moreover, ladies like a man with a strong forearm muscle.My left hand and forearm are weaker that right hand and forearm, but this hand grip strengthener has helped me to work my muscles up in my hand. I can move it up Once I get comfortable at a certain resistance level, for example, I was at 30 last week, now I move up to 40 for more strength . Since it has multiple resistance levels I can move up once I have mastered certain resistance level .I just love this hand grip strengthener​.It's easy to change the resistance on it and very well built. This hand grip strengthener is AWESOME! I love that you can adjust how easy or difficult you want to make it. That is one problem with the standard hand grip strengtheners, they don't adjust. So if the tension is too easy, you are basically out of luck and the product becomes useless. My boyfriend is MUCH stronger than me so we obviously weren't able to use the same strengtheners before because the ones that I could handle were way too easy for him or vice versa. This one is perfect because we can adjust the dial accordingly. The dial is extremely easy to turn and adjust. In just a matter of seconds, you can go all the way from wimpy to The Hulk! Great for exercising those fingers in you're spear time

Very low resistance, not notably adjustable. Not too happy with it.
