I like the idea of taking a multivitamin in one pill. I was currently taking handfuls of quality vitamins that I carefully selected. That being said, how do you review the benefits of a vitamin if there are no noticeable changes in your health? I replaced this with my usual routine and feel like it is a good quality product. I have noticed before that if I skip my vitamins, I am tired. This didn't happen when I switched to this. I did get a headache one day (associated with another product I was trying) and wondered if it was because I was not taking the magnesium supplement that I normally take. I checked the bottle to see if this contained magnesium, and it did say it contained 100%. Nevertheless, I took my magnesium supplement in addition and did gain some relief from the headache. This seems to be a quality product in one pill. As for the size of the pill, I have no problem with it, but I am used to taking handfuls of pills (supplements/vitamins) all at once. However, for someone who has a hard time, it's definitely not tiny. I would say it's about the size one would imagine for all of the daily vitamins packed into this one pill.I received this product for free or at a reduced discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I really didn't notice anything outstanding about these vitamins.

I received a discount copy for review purposes, but have actively taken supplements for years.I like that this product has non-synthetic ingredients. Although both are safe, I still feel that the less synthetic objects put into your body the better. The pills are a good size and easy to swallow. The coating is also nice, especially when bringing with you on the go- like I do.I have only taken this for a few days, but have not had any stomach issues. I have taken pills in the past that have caused me cramps, or where you can feel it after (like fishoil for exp). This has a good amount of all vitamins in it which is nice. Only negative for me is the amount of vitamin d- as I take that separately as well which is only a negative since I have alot left and feel like taking both would give myself too much vitamin D.I recommend this if you are looking for a "1-stop shop" type of supplement and do not already take other multi-vitamins or supplements.
