This zipper waist trainer is super comfortable and works great. My only issue is ensuring that you order the proper size. I measured myself and went by their size chart and I fell right between XL and 2XL so I ordered the 2XL so that it wouldn’t be too small. Unfortunately I should have ordered the XL for a bit more compression. Anyway I definitely recommend this waist trainer but would probably suggest ordering one size smaller than you think you will need.

First - Wow! I didn't have high expectations of this, thinking I was probably buying into a gimmick, but boy was I WRONG!! I wore this all day on Saturday. I didn't exercise, just wore it around the house, did some cleaning and moved around a little, but nothing crazy. It was surprisingly comfortable (tight but comfortable). And BONUS, it forces me to sit up straight! (my posture is awful). I did not wear it all on Sunday. This morning, as I was getting ready for work my husband asked how much weight I've lost - I said 5 pounds (its more like 2.5). He says it really makes a difference. The difference is NOT weight loss, its the fact that my belly isn't bulging out and my posture is better, even two days later! So I went and put it on to wear all day at work. I will continue to wear this daily for the next week or two and I'll update you with measurements (I took starting measurements before purchasing this product).Now, second, and this is IMPORTANT. Based on the size chart I should wear a XXXL (40" waist). Do not base it on the size chart, use your clothing size. Because of a few other reviews, I purchased a Large which is the size of most of my tops. Granted it was a bit of a struggle to get the hook and eyes connected - an XL would probably have been more appropriate, but a XXXL would be WAY too big.

I went from an XL to a M in 2 months! I wear this EVERYDAY for at minimum 9 hours. At first it was a struggle to get into but now it’s getting easier and easier. The only discomfort I have is when I’m sitting down it’s uncomfortable. Also mine rolls or buckles in the back and depending on what I wear is more noticeable, just keep that in mind. But talk about sweating! By the end of the day my T-shirt under is drenched and it makes me feel like I did a hard core gym session.I started waist training to convince myself I didn’t need surgery and with this product I’ve seen a noticeable difference.I think in about another week or so I’ll be ordering a small coming soon!

2/18 update: So the XL fits. After 3 tries, I finally got it right. Size chart was off to me. It sized me at an 3XL but I ended up with an XL (on the middle hooks) after two returns. I like the way the XL fits. Tight but not uncomfortable.2/13 update: 2XL Still a bit too big. On the farthest hook and doesn’t feel tight. Ordering XL this time. This would be the 3rd time trying to get it right. Will add another update. Hopefully, the third purchase is a charm.2/10 update: I just ordered one size down (2XL). I will compare once it arrives but I believe my original order will be returned. I think the size charts are off.Original purchase: Size 3XL per size chart. I used the size chart but feel I could have sized down by one size. I'm on the farthest hooks and it doesn't really feel tight like I thought it would.

Amazing product it fit as expected and very comfortable. If it helps I’m 145lbs 5’3 and ordered a medium. At first it look small but once I tried it on I was glad I choose this size and not went with a large because otherwise it would of been too big. I’m going to use it to help keep my back straight at work when I need to transfer patients.

I am beyond pleased with my purchase. After trying numerous failed waist trainers and back braces for my distended stomach and aching back I decided to try out this waist trainer. I must admit I was hesitant to purchase it after reading a few bad reviews and also because I'm picky and typically try to buy 5 star items after being burned a few times. Remembering everyone'sneeds and preferences are different, I am truly happy I tried this one and couldn't be more pleased that I trusted the positive reviews and photos, while carefully trying to decifer if they were true ratings or coerced for free items, as I typically do with majority of my purchases. My honest opinion is that the comfort level and construct is amazing. I can wear it all day without it riding or becoming to tight in my shoulder area. Now when wearingas a post menopausel woman, I look closer to three months pregnant instead of the 9 month ready to deliver grandmother I did before this purchase. 😂 I hope this helps, I typically purchase all 2X sizes but after reading the reviews, vendors size chart and suggestions I purchased a 1X and it fits perfect. I love knowing that I can go down sizes as I lose. Ihighly recommend this product.

I love this item! I am not a fat girl, but I do need to wear this item to flatten my belly. This item can help me improve my appearance when I wear a dress with it. This item can also help me to control my appetite, so I won’t overeat. Especially during the pandemic, I stay at home, wearing this item can push me care about my appearance, so I won’t put on too much weight.

Ich trage das Teil jetzt bei jedem Workout. Das einzige, was mich vielleicht ein wenig stört, ist der Plastikgeruch, was aber nach dem Waschen um einiges besser wurde.Bei der Größenauswahl würde ich danach gehen, wo man am breitesten ist - ich habe eine breite Hüfte + Bauch, weshalb ich mich daran orientiert habe. Abmessen davor hilft, denn die Größentabelle stimmt so auch :-)Mir hilft es vor allem in der Körperhaltung beim Crosstrainer und ich fühl mich auch selbstbewusster, weil es in meiner Problemzone weniger schwabbelt dabei.

J'ai pris ce corset afin de me fondre à nouveau dans mes vêtements suite à une prise radicale de poids très récente (hormones, etc...) la matière tient chaud (tant mieux, on veut transpirer) et le maintien est juste impressionnant ! C'est comme si je n'avais plus du tout de ventre !Il est difficile à enfiler, ce qui est bon signe, puisque le contraire ne lui confèrerait pas le maintient dont je parle !

You see the black dress my waist looks so much smaller !I wear it a lot like 3 times a week when I’m wearing a dress it does cinch the waist a lot. The material is thick and warm. Also good in the cold weathers and keep the belly area warm :) I do like it and it gives a push on the chest area too!

Ist okay war aber für mich leider zu groß obwohl ich es mir in eine kleinere Größe bestellt habe. Aber man schwitzt schön da drinnen, trotzdem empfehle ich es nicht.
