Heavy Duty Red Finish Mushroom Design Courtyard / Garden Stool

This just arrived and was broken. The top was torn off and consequently the cement inside the base was all over the bottom of the box and the item. Very cheap Asian product. If I knew I was buying from Walmart I wouldn't have bought it as I am against many practices that Walmart has.
