Easy and simple to use
I was looking for a device to make my PH tests for my personal production of delicatessen and with several researches, it is the Apera which attracted my attention. I went through several magazines and it is one of the most efficient for my needs.As a bonus, there is an application on my mobile that keeps the history of my tests and the health of the device.I am very satisfied

Easy to handle and works great
Calibration and measurement are straightforward. Once calibrated in the morning, I took several readings of aqueous solutions during the day, and the readings seemed to be OK. I knocked one star off the rating for the fact, that there was black mold in the storage cap for the tip upon arrival. I am aware that the tip needs to be kept moist, but mold can and must be avoided on a precision instrument like this. Now I am worrying about storing the device for longer time during the warmer summer season.

Just received the PH tester and looking forward to using it in making Salami. Bought this from watching video by 2 Guys and a Cooler. They have a video up on how to use it and also video when they actually use it to make Salami. Looks pretty straight forward. Will follow up after I have used it for the first time.

Well worth the money.
High quality, really has given a more accurate and easier time recording ph for batches of hot sauce. The app makes record keeping easier. If you are getting into a new hobby or business where money is tight but you must have accuracy then this is perfect.
