Unreliable 2 units bought 2 failed.
Looks great works great, depending on your system it will need a pro to install it.Led screen failed a few days after install/reset, still worked theofih the app, and would work again if you unplug and replug, so I've returned and installed a new identical one, hopefully it's a one off and not a trend woth the model.Update: led screen also failed on second replacement unit

Not compatible with central AC
Its been a hustle trying to get an AC technician to install it as they all say its not compatible with central AC unit - the product i presume is good but is of no help to me

Ok the box looks nothing like the photo
This thermostat looks nothing like the photo, but the actual unit does.It's not got the greatest control software and its switch is very loud for the bedroom.

Bad quality
Thermometer is broken stays at 25° and keeps it trying to cool down.If it reaches desired temperature it just switches off instead of cooling on low.Really bad product.
