Haven't used this product yet. Just wanted to have something in my purse, in case my Kati needed a drink. It's easy to purchase bottled water, when on the go; but, not so easy to purchase a bowl. Should come in handy.

I have four dogs at home, One is a Huskie about 50 pounds, one is a Chihuahua mix about 12 pounds and 2 are full breed Pomeranian about 5 pounds. I am putting the size/ weight down because I think in considering these portable travel dog bowls you will need to consider the size of dog you have. These travel dog bowls set has a total of seven bowls. The packaging is a little confusing. because the packaging says that it has 5 sturdy reusable cups included. They put an extra two hand held drinking cups into the pack. Two drinking cups are grey with no writing on it and five of the drinking cups are made of a light blue with writing on it ( It has " Doggie Drinklets printed on it). After you open them it only holds about 200ml or a little over seven ounces this is less then the cup of water . The description online says that it holds more then a cup of water which would be at least about 237ml. They also say that you can hold it in your hand while you give your dog water. This is not a very good idea since when you fill this bowl up and hold t in your hand the water will flow over the edge. If you put dry food into the bowl you can fill it up with about a cup but if you put that much into the bowl the dry food will start falling out of the bowl. After I filled two of these drinking cups with water I first let the two small Pomeranians try it. For the small dogs this drinking cup is fine although because they are pretty small I had to fill them up twice. It also worked ok with my Chihuahua mix. Now letting the huskie drink out of it was a problem. When I kept the drinking bowl in my hand she was able to drink out of it but I had to keep filling it up to many times to count, When I tried to let her drink out it standing on the ground she just pushes it around without getting enough water or food out of it. These travel dog bowls are BPA free. I would not pay the more then $2 a piece these bowls cost. These travel dog bowls are a little bit stronger then a regular Ziplock bag. To me they are disappointing since they do not hold the amount of water advertised unless you want the water to flow out of the bowl. They are reusable but it does not look like they will last long. When I use two ziplock freezer bags together I can put more water or food in them for the bigger dog then these travel dog bowls allow as long as I hold onto the bags when the Huskie is drinking or eating out of them. These are just not that great and for me these are also to expensive for what these do. I will not recommend these to my friends or family. When I travel with one of the dogs I will keep using a fold-up Tupperware bowl. Sure it is not as small as these travel dog bowls but at least I can fill it up with water or food without it spilling over. I give this product 3 stars since in principal it does work with a small size dog if you do not mind to keep filling it up. Perfect ultralight backpacking dog bowl

I think this is a great idea. It is convenient. when you go on trip. you can put it in your purse or wallet, I understand how important it is to get an honest opinion about a product. He loves drinking out the bowls. I would highly recommend it. I am not being paid for my opinion. Ok, first off let me start by saying you must , absolutely must read the directions to get this right. There is a learning curve but it's a quick one and once you get it you'll be a ok 👍🏻 ! I destroyed the first one and didn't read directions do that is on me. I bring my little pups EVERYWHERE!!!! And it can be a real hassle to carry plastic bowls everywhere on top of everything else. This is a product I've never seen before but will never be without again. Now I do feel the price 19.99 is way high., and the five stars is ONLY because of the product and the fact that I will be reusing mine. These are a must have for someone like me that has their fur babies with them always.I was lucky enough to get a discounted price to try this item out and let people know how it worked out for me. In no way am I obligated to rate one way or another. I rate in relevance to how the product does or does not suit me and my needs. This is a great little package of travel bowls. They are mad of a thin plastic and fold completely flat. I'm able to keep them in my purse or wallet. I wouldn't suggest them for a super large dog because of their size, but my cocker spaniel does great with them. I love not having to worry about bring a bowl because I always have one in the glove box of the car or my purse! I received this product for free in exchange for my unbiased review.
