Van AkenInternational Kato Polyclay Liquid, Green

This is my new favorite to incorporate into almost any of my projects...
I am mainly doing photography, sculpture, jewelry... I am a studio art major so I am using this across a wide variety of mediums and it has been successful in almost everything I have done. I have baked inked images, sewn it, used as an adhesive on a few things (that were oven safe of course)... I've impressed at least 2 professors. lol I recommend trying this stuff even if you are just curious. Poly Clay or Fimo is very fickle, even in the store when you pick it out yourself it can be crumbled and yucky... This stuff can also be used like the "clay softener" stuff they sell. I've revamped a large amount of old poly clay with this product. I sound like a commercial ;D but, I am definitely going to buy more in a couple weeks when I start to run out!!!

Very very Cool clay!
Aside from the really strange smell this has which the other clay brands do not have this is awesome! You must must must bake this to at least 300 degrees F in order for it to come out clear, deeper than 1/16" at a time per layer it stays translucent but does not get clear. Beware of over baking your projects though as it will turn yellow or amber when over baked so it is BEST used as your very last layer :D

Cures super clear, easy to use
Love this liquid clay. Really great for using with molds and best of all, it cures almost completely clear when you apply the right amount of heat. For smaller pieces without a mold, I tend to use just a heat gun, but for molds I'll cure in the oven and if it's still a bit opaque I'll apply a heat gun once it comes out of the oven. It cures the clearest and most transparent I've seen so far. Would definitely buy again.

Great Value for Poly Clay Frosting, Saucing and Glazing
This stuff is frigging amazing! I work almost exclusively in Kato clay making charms to sell and this liquid clay bakes almost completely clear. There's still a bit of milkiness but far more clear than the TLS. Also for sauces or frostings that need to be glossy, KPL is perfect. TLS is wonderful if I need a matte finish on a cookie, but for shine? KPL hasn't let me down yet. Utterly wonderful. I just wish TLS came in the same size bottle!

Van aken is legit!
Never going back to the cheap stuff! Goes a long way and doesn't make my hands feel gross when I use my finger to apply it! Baked clear and takes color really well! I used soft pastels for color and they were really bright like the color I added! Oh super excited that I bought this!
