The item arrived on time but was broken (see picture).

This product clearly states for PETS. I can’t gift this to a new mom. I purchased this for a gift - I can’t gift this to a new mom when the box clearly states for PETS. I feel mislead and ripped off. The item description clearly says “gift for new mom”. Well that is true if your having a puppy. So if you know someone getting a puppy this item is perfect for them. No baby - no no no

So it was kindve hard to flatten the clay into the little place for it, then it was terrible pushing the baby’s hand and foot into the clay against his will. He hated it. The first time I pushed his hand in I didn’t push it in hard enough and you could barely see it and he was screaming bloody murder. I had to fix the clay and try again, and he was losing it. I had to straighten his fingers and push on them pretty hard. His foot was much easier to do but I didn’t push on each toe when we did it so it looks like he only has four toes in his footprint.. lol soooo make sure you push on each toe. Otherwise I love it and I’m so glad to have it as a keepsake. Tiny baby hand and footprint. So freakin cute

Like I said, it's an okay idea. Clay prints are always fun and good for keepsakes. I bought this as a gift for a friend and now I'm not sure its something I'd want to gift to someone... The frame is feels slightly durable. But I wouldn't say it'll protect your clay print... also the clear screen to protect the print and photos is just a thin, floppy sheet of plastic that arrives cracked, scratched and even dirty like its been used... speaking of dirty, the frame itself looks like it's collected dust in its cracks and may have been used previously or something. It's not pleasing to look at and feels almost like a gimmicky novelty item. Honestly doesnt feel worth the cost since it offers no real protection for the clay or photos. The frame can be cleaned up and the protective screen replaced, but still is that really worth it?(No review to add on the clay yet..)

From the moment I placed my order, I was pleased with this frame set. It arrived quickly, which was exactly what I needed for my 12 year old dog that passed away. The instructions were easy to follow (though I didn't realize there was a plastic sheet in the clay bags before I started forming it.) The keepsake I was able to create turned out amazing. The product arrived with damage on the acrylic sheet, which the seller quickly said would be replaced. I will definitely order this again, from this seller, and recommend it to anyone wanting a precious keepsake!***UPDATE*** When the replacement acrylic arrived, I found a handwritten apology and sympathy card. They have gone above and beyond with AMAZING customer service!
