it works better than any other I have used.
I like its efficacy. what i do not like is that they are only providing that silly little gun. I have had to save my wand from previous but the bottle that i saved the wand from was built into the bottle and so i do not have a place to store the wand with this one. It just wears me out to play with that little kiddie toy gun thing but lucky for me that i do have a wand.

I have been using this for years. I feel comfortable with this around children and pets. Its getting hard to come by.

Will not spray after three pumps
Will not spray after three pumps, let it sit for 30 minutes and it will spray three more pumps. I have only been able to use about 5% of the product

This some good stuff .. it's really strong, you have to have a mask or something covering your mouth and nose.... once you breathe it in you will be coughing ,sneezing, nose running...

HAS NOT FAILED ME YET!!
I purchased this (from the now closed Orchard Supply Hardware) as a preventative measure because I was living in an apartment. I sprayed all over the floors, door sills and jambs, and windows sills and frames.
