Excellent except 14% price drop in 10 days that makes me upset
I love the handset, design, screen size, camera, multi apps. I am still exploring the phone.So sad for price drop in that short time, makes me lose trust in the pricing mechanism for Samsung.

Defective product and service
The screen went dark (without accident) within the warranty period and Samsung refused to apply the warranty because of a small dent on the side of the phone. They asked for 1840 AED to repair it, which, given the inherent poor product performance means sending good money after bad. It still took 5 days and over 20 requests to get the phone back with what can only be described as lousy customer service. I have vowed never ever to buy Samsung again. Fellow consumers, beware...
