Best folate ever!
Best folate supplement ever, not just folic acid, the real deal its folate! Way more potent than just folic acid the pharmacist told me but I buy it on here cause its cheaper

This product was purchased for my boyfriend who was treated for alcoholism and while in this amazing treatment program in Colorado, they did some genetic tests and found out that he cannot break down/metabolize certain B vitamins so this product was given to him and he continues to take it. B vitamins help with so many aspects of neuro-transmission in the body and many alcoholics and addicts suffer from severe anxiety because of this particular genetic defect...who knew? Amazing he has stayed sober and takes his supplements every day. Helps balance his mood.
