Great product, gave me mental power and focus, quick recovery and strength during the workout. I felt all of these effects because I was working out without this for a long time and I could tell the difference. I mixed 1 scoop in 110 degree water and it dissolved great, then you can either drink it hot like that, or put it in the fridge for it to get cold then drink. This is definitely going to go into my preworkout from now on along with my coffee. The only thing I would suggest is for them to use monk fruit instead of stevia in their flavored ones, I mean they can even use just organic powdered cane sugar. I don’t really like the taste of stevia too much, but it’s not bad either. Thanks for a great supplement!

Test good. I saw some of the videos that they don't get clear water after stirring. I tried also to stir for a minute or so and it didn't work. So I thought to my self maybe the water needs to be warmer, because room temperature can be varies. So I broiled some wate and add it to the room temperature water like 2 spoons or so and it worked!!!It still feels heavy on the stomach so I'm waiting 30 minutes to an hour. This is the few days that I'm taking it,I may feels more energy but not sure yet. Online it says that it can take few days to weeks, it's individual. I'll keep taking it and I'll see.i start with one serving and now I'm taking two.

Pros.Definitely the best creatine I've had no chalky taste and the lemonade is definitely recommendedCons. I don't like the packaging it should come in a container not a zip lock bag the bag has a hard time closing and I would really like to see it come in a bigger size.Overall I love the product and will continue to buy it I will never switch back to a different product it's definitely worth buying if your looking for a new creatine.

I enjoyed using this product. It doesn't dissolve entirely, but its smooth going down and has absolutely zero taste. However, the price has skyrocketed over the last few months, and I don't think I'd pick this one again. I can just use a frother to blend other creatine. Overall, it's a good product but I don't think the price is justified.

Just getting back into working out and trying this creatine. I like the taste of the Sour Raspberry.The powder fully dissolves when I shake it in a bottle. I tried stirring it in a cup and didn’t get the same result so definitely use a shaker. You can see how clear it is in my photo after just a couple minutes of settling.I don’t know how it will affect my workouts yet but I will use this for a month and update my review.
