This supplement is the Methyl version of cobalamin (B-12) which is better absorbed by the body than the cyanao version. Plus it is in capsule form instead of tablet form, which makes it easier on the liver.For these 2 reasons I like this B-12.

This product is magic . Due to drinking RO water I was getting drained of b12. My skin was getting really bad . My knuckles and the gap between 2 fingers was turning dry and black. Thought must be some skin problem and realised that this is deficiency. Too much of hair loss and fatigue. But within 2 days of consumption the black skin and dryness of skin disappeared. I was looking for methylcobalamin supplements and came across this one on Amazon.I have read the label carefully which saysethylcobalamin but after I recieved the product it is not where mentioned that it is methylcobalamin.Insread it is cyanocobalamin. So will return the supplement.Sorry.

You never know if supplements work because it's very hard to observe any differences right away. I cannot say that I have seen any changes after consuming one bottle of this, but I know that a lot of people take 'becosules' as a B12 supplement because it's available in every pharmacy and is incredibly cheap. However this B12 supplement uses methylcobalamin and hence it should ideally be more easily absorbed than cyanocobalamin. You may not see any difference but the formulation is right so it's doing the work most definitely, unless mypro nutrition is lying. But that's highly improbable I think. I was using the methyl-B12 supplement by 'now foods' before this one, which costs INR 1500 a bottle. This has the same formulation + it's very reasonably priced. So I will continue to buy this.

This tablet didn’t work for me. Bought it after reading positive reviews. I doubt the reviews now. Please stop playing with people’s health by providing false info. Amazon you should look into such product. To earn money please stop pushing useless products!

Very good vit B12 suppliment for vegans and vegetarians, secondly it's quite budget friendly as well compared to other suppliments for Vit B12 available in the market..If the same quality is maintained then i will stick to this brand only..
