These are a great addition for home gym
I always did pushups the old fashioned way, but I like these better. The wood is sanded to silky smooth. The grip you have feels strong. These also reduce strain on your wrists and keep your hands and face away from the floor. These improved my motivation to do more pushups, I needed to go further beyond

Excellent, but I need a taller stand for deep push ups.
These have a very comfortable handle with a very functional design. They weren't high enough for me to stretch into deep push ups, so I ordered a 10" high pair. I'm keeping these, but I need a taller design for deep push ups.

Hurts the hands, but still useful.
More for advanced athletes or people with great grip and core strength.

A must-have for mastering handstands
For a long time I was skeptical of if these would really "save your wrists" when training handstands. However, after using them for months now, I can say that they definitively make a big difference in allowing me to train handstands for longer (and thus get better faster).Without using parallettes, the weak link in my handstands has been the tendons in my forearms, which get painfully sore and prevented me from training very often. However, using parallettes puts the wrist in a different position and takes the pressure off these tendons, thus allowing me to keep training all the other muscles involved in a perfect handstand.
