EVERY cookie in the box was broken!
Every shortbread cookie in the box was broken. EVERY. SINGLE. COOKIE. Our son gave us our first box as a Christmas gift a couple of months ago, and we thoroughly enjoyed those. The shortbread has a great flavor, and the cookies in that initial box were ALL intact. I'm not sure what happened this time, but the quality change was very disappointing. The shortbread cookies in the most recent box (broken) tasted fine, and the shipping box and actual metal container can appeared fine - no obvious dents, etc. I'm not sure what happened this time, but I really hope that the problem will have been identified and resolved if we place subsequent orders.

Very Disappointed!
Cookies were purchased as a gift for my parents. It looks nearly 6 weeks to arrive and when we opened the tin, all the cookies were broken. Paid $32 for cookie bits - quite a let down from typical M&S quality! I should have just ordered directly from M&S!!

Broken Cookies
Not worth ordering when ALL of the cookies were broken. The tin was packed in a box that was the sane size as the tin, with newspaper wrapped around the tin for packing material.I will buy locally from now on.

Overpriced
Lovely product but unfortunately shortbread were all broken. Unfortunately not worth the price paid for them.

Destroyed In Transit
Unsufficient packaging, no fragile notice, meant this was the State this item arrived in. Shortbread inside the tin was completely smashed. It was supposed to have been a gift, but is fit only for the bin.

Christmas present.
Bought these for a Christmas present for our brother in law and wife. They have just opened the tin to find the two end sections of biscuits broken. That's a shame. Perhaps its not good to send biscuits by post. they have sent a photo, but don't know how to transfer it to the above photo place.
