I have been using Monistat for a while now, and I can safely say that this treatment is more effective for me, and after the night insert and the burning is over, you feel the relief by morning. This is the first in a long time that I have had this much relief. All I can say is, TRY IT!!!

This works fairly quickly but be prepared for the burn, maybe some minor cramping and so much discomfort. I am glad that I read the instructions and found that this should be administered before bed time because I would not have been able to work or be productive if I used it in the morning.

Definitely burns. It didn't completely resolve the issue for me (which was a result of a round of antibiotics, so I expected it). BUT it did provide next morning relief for sure. If it wasn't so bad, I believe it would have been sufficient.
