I have been taking vitex fruit supplements for a full month and these are my thoughts so far. One you will see definite changes in your libido. I noticed that right away I was more in the mood especially during my estimated ovulation. My discharge is more noticeably clearer. I had pretty much no pms symptoms, no bloating and no acne breakouts. I seen significantly less bloating compared to last month. I have less symptoms of depression but I know this is not marketed for that.There are some small cons. I had some slight insomnia but I also take melatonin so it’s no big deal. I have more vivid lucid dreams while taking vitex, some “nocturnal emissions”.I find it to be helpful for me as a woman in her mid 30s but everyone results will differ from mine.

I started off using Nature's Way Vitex (also 400mg capsules). This product has been just as helpful for me at a much more reasonable cost.I've been using this for hormonal balance and to reduce my period pain from endometriosis. It has been an absolute lifesaver. I'm not exaggerating when I say I went from daily debilitating pain to only some pain during my period to "normal" periods that could be managed with Ibuprofen, and the first month that I started taking it, I noticed a huge reduction in my flow as well (I went from huge gushes that ended up running down my legs before the pad could absorb it all to the normal light periods I remember from before I got my IUD). I've been able to avoid hormonal treatments like birth control and Lupron/GnRH agonists thanks to Vitex with no side effects, and I recommend talking to your doctor to see about giving it a shot before you commit to any hardcore medications that you may not be comfortable with. I noticed results pretty quickly, but I've seen quite a bit of improvement over the time I've been taking it as well (probably about a year at this point).I still remember the first time I went out and ran errands while on my period (since my endometriosis became painful and I started bleeding like a stuck pig at least). I used this product for my ph balance and overall a good mood. I’ve only been taking it for 2 days now and my mood n breast pain went away . I’m due for my period in one more day so I’ll see if it comes on time . I also want another child with my current bf bc we want to get married . But has anyone that received the light color ones still conceive or did it still work the same way it suppose to work ?

Very good at regulating my hormones. We all have various body chemistry, but this has worked well for me. I’ve had irregular periods and extreme pms as long as I can remember, but when I take this, it keeps me on schedule and eases my pms. Birth control pills don’t work well for me, so I thought I’d try this as a last resort. It started working for me after one month. My cycles would show up like clockwork. And by clockwork for me, I mean they would come each month within a couple of days, which never happened before. I finished the bottle and then took a year off from it and my cycle remained consistent during that year. It’s getting wacky again so I’m going to take it for another six months and see. As with any herb or supplement, be sure to check with your physician before taking it.

I’ve only been using this for 3 full days and my hormonal acne has cleared! I’m really excited to see what this does for my cycle, since I’ve only ovulated once in the past 10 months.Day 10 update- my skin has cleared up considerably. Ok. Here's the thing. My son is on the Autism spectrum and I needed something to settle his hormone drive because he doesn't understand what is appropriate and what is not, even in our home. Works the same as any decent brand of chaste tree product and is a good deal $ per pill, but has one of the worst tastes out of any brand I've used.
