I love this brand; it’s the brand of ghee I usually buy. What I didn't like with this order was that the expiration date was too close. It is why I wouldn’t give it more than 3 stars.

This ghee tastes the best of all the ghee options I have tried. It is quite expensive as we use a lot of ghee for cooking.

Best stuff for pan frying or sautéing, anything meaty...trout, fillet mignon, omelets, etc. You can push medium high heat pretty well without smoking, never hurting flavor. Drop ghee dollop into pre-heated pan and add meat within 30 seconds. If you pan fry prime fillet mignon, you need this ghee and a smooth, seasoned cast iron skillet.

I use this to cook eggs in, add to some coconut oil in my coffee, stir fry, top my fried eggs, etc., etc. Awesome!

Nice Ghee for cooking and use in place of butter. Good flavor.
