Best Bibs I've Owned So Far and still going strong.
I am 5'7" tall/waist 31US, weight 146 lbs. So far, all my cycling shorts and shirts are size Small and fit well. I contacted Sponeed about sizing and they recommended the Asian Large/US Medium. It fits perfectly! I've got 6 or 7 rides in with these bibs now, and they are holding up just fine. No loose threads, and the stiching is top notch. * I hand wash my kit and lay flat to dry on a towel. I think this is important for any longevity of cycling apparel. The "chamios" padding is the best I've ever ridden on and I don't have any pain on my sit bones. I think these bibs are a great bargin, and I recommend getting them.UPDATED: 12/31/17 - I now have ridden over 600 miles with these bibs. They are still very comfortable, and holding up. There are no signs of loose or unraveled sticking, the chamios pad is still as good as day one, and they still fit great. When I first got these, the legs were a bit tight but comfortable. They may have relaxed just a scoche, but till fit snug like they should.I paid double the price for my cycle club’s kit bibs and they are no where near the fit and comfort of these. I’ll be buying for for 2018.Update 3/2018: I now have ridden for 6 months with these bibs and they are still in great shape! No signs of threads coming loose and they still fit good. The seat pad is in great shape and still comfortable. These are really a good bargin.RayK

Great value, sized correctly if you use the "US" sizing guidelines
All around great product. For the price, it's an amazing value. I've worn these bibs for about 1,000 miles over the course of this summer so far, washing them after each ride (approx 25x) and allowing them to line dry (no dryer). They have held up remarkably well, don't hold any odor thus far, and I don't see why they won't last a full year or more. The fit is perfect for me, they are snug around my massive thighs, but that is exactly what I want. The padding is holding up well and is plenty to complete a century for me. I purchased the Asia XL=US Large size, and I'm 6"1, 180lbs, usually wearing about 33x34 mens pants.I'd highly recommend these, as I'm considering a second pair to add to my rotation!

Good bib for those 2 hour rides.
On average I ride about 400 miles per month, not a lot, but enough to give accurate feedback on this bib. I am 6' 1" and about 210 lbs; the XL fit me nicely. The chamois is foam, and of decent quality, no issues with quality so far. After riding several 20 - 40 mile rides I can say this about these shorts. The chamois is good for an hour, okay, for 2 hours, but after about 2 and 1/2 hours it starts to become uncomfortable compared to some other chamois that I have used. That isn't to say that it's not worth the price, in fact, I think it is very worth the price as long as it's understood that for a guy with my size, 2 hours in the saddle is what I'll play for when I wear this bib. Good value.

Highly recommend
These bibs are excellent. They fit well and provide good comfort. I usually ride 3-4 days a week 18-25 miles each ride. (Not setting any records I know). I have a couple pairs of Sponeed shorts that work well also. If you are deciding whether to get bibs or shorts go ahead and go for the bibs as they just stay in place better. I also have Sponeed Jersey's as well. So far they have all held up very well and I definitely recommend giving them a try. I am currently looking for cold weather gear as winter is coming up.......I will give them a try with that to. In any case he Sponeed kits rock so don't hesitate to give them a try.

great bibs, great price
I bought these to give me a cheaper alternative to always wearing my expensive louis garneau bibs. They're not quite as comfortable, with the elastic on the cuffs instead of the fancier system that higher end bibs/shorts use to prevent legs from riding up, but for the money, these are amazing bibs. The padding is more than sufficient for 40-50+ mile rides. They've also held up very well in the wash, so even though they're 1/4 (or less) the price of high-end bibs, I think I'm going to get the same lifespan out of them.

Great bib for the money
Great bib for the money! Not any issues on long road rides, or mountain rides. Comfortable, supportive and has a better than expected padding for this price point. I normally ride 90-100 miles a week, so we will see how long they last. If I can get a year (I bought 3 pairs) I will be happy. After about a year, 2 of the bibs have formed holes inside the thigh area, and one of the bibs stitching came apart along the pad itself. Although a good bib, somewhat disappointed in the shelf life. However, I do ride mountain and road 4-5 days a week, plus 12 race cross country races from February to Late July, so they do get a lot of saddle time and miles. Perhaps for $39.99 this is pretty good. Compared to the $175 Specialized bibs, they just don't last as long.

Amazing value if they work for your body.
I was asked for a review although I returned the product. These are some very nicely made bibs that unfortunately did not fit my needs for placement of the chamois. The chamois pad is nice and dense, the fabric is on par with more expensive brands I've tried, and the length of the legs was longer than average which I prefer. I just couldn't get the chamois to line up with my sitbones and for that I couldn't use them. Too bad, I liked the Sponeed bibs better than the competitively priced Przewalski brand bibs that I also ordered at the same time. For what it's worth, I ordered 2 pair of the bibs and the fit and location of the chamois was consistent between both bibs.
