Does job
Did a test to see if it helped cool my laptop. I used the Intel stress test and my results showed a 3 degree change in Celsius.

Poor choice for a Mac mini
I purchased with the hope of keeping my late 2012 Mac mini cooler. It didn't--the current draw appeared to raise, not lower, the CPU core temps reported by iStat Menus, and now that I think about it some more, I suspect the resulting airflow doesn't really work with the Mac mini.
