10 out of the 12 holes for the bearings to run along the aluminum rails are 3-5mm off... freaking ticks me off... you can’t re drill either as the acrylic pieces would not allow for it...Really looking forward to use it this as the install was going great...***update***After reviewing the video 14 or 15 times and completely taking apart the acrylic pieces... low and behold the bottom holes are slotted for adjustments... after adjusting them install proceeded.When installing the rubber for the track, when putting in the “stoppers” with the set screws leave a gap to take into account the thickness of the rubber track when mounting the feet.Software is not the best but there wiki page is very good and helpful. We use the engraver master software as the bachin draw I could not get to work.500mw is good for soft wood like pine... but the knots and some of grains of the wood needs additional burning...It’s a great little machine after the initial hassle... lolFan is making noise already though... also the 500mw laser will need additional passes or to go slow to make the engraving/burning darker... I did a picture of our pups and it took 5 hours... but it’s really detailed...

ed instructions and installation videos. After watching the video several times, I spent about 30 minutes installing the machine. The engraving software was very simple and easy to operate. (engraver master and bachin draw ) , we suggest to use bachin draw , At first, I tried to engrave a few pictures. The speed was very slow. I consulted this question through their technical support website. Their technical support was quickly responded to, and finally in NC mode I achieved the desired effect, 500 MW power for me is enough! The sculpture effect is very good! if using for a period of time, if necessary, I will upgrade 2500MW power, 2500MW power can be carved, can also cut! I am very satisfied with this small machine!

I bought this just to test the waters for a new hobby and this thing is awsome. works great, easy to use and can make some pretty cool stuff.

Lazer burned out after one use but company dose respond

Very slow with graphics. The speed does not change from 2000 upwards. Images 30mm x 30mm take about 40 minutes to etch.Putting it together is very painful - and your drawing area is severely inaccurate on the edges.The software is ok - and you really have to mess with the power on the laser to get the etching right. I could only import PNG files.The software does NOT permit scaling on import intuitively.WARNING - ALWAYS TEST YOUR EXTENTS when printing/cutting !!!!I have about a week to go before I can return this - I may - since there appears to be a cheaper clone for about $80 less on amazon. I don't know if I want to go through the horrible assembly procedure again.

This is super slow. I’ve had plenty of these and this is by far the slowest.
