Q: Can you use the port simultaneously?

With an Ethernet switch, you use 1 port as the input and it will output to the other ports (in this case 4 ports) which can be used simultaneously.

Q: Can this be powered by USB?

It runs off a DC 5V 0.5A power supply with a barrel connector. It may be possible to solder a USB plug instead of the power brick and power it, it should work, but I haven't tried it.

Q: My power cord was chewed by my dog. Anyone know what the name of the replacement cord is?

Any 5 volt "wall wart" power supply will work. This thing only needs 5 volts at 0.5 amps. Just find one that has the right connector. It may be possible to simply strip the insulation off the wires where your dog chewed it, twist them back together and get it going again. Because its only 5 volts, there is no shock hazard. If you want to tape it up, duct tape or ordinary office tape will do.

Q: Can I plug my cable modem into this and then 2 computers and then get internet on both computers?

No. The Cudy device is a Layer-2 switch. To share internet between two computers, you need a Router, which is a Layer-3 device.
