I travel A LOT .. so I know my suitcases .. and not just because you pay a lot for a bag does it make it a good bag... I have many suitcases with broken wheels and missing handles to prove it. So I figured I would try this bag and was I ever pleased. I like the exterior finish and the wheels never jam or stick they stay smooth and straight. The interior is ample and the way it has the compartments and dividers everything stays in place. My wife HATES the Orange color I picked .. but I tell you I can see it a mile away and its easy to pick out of the hundreds of Black Bags that come off in baggage claim .. I like it so much I am buying the 30 Inch one for my longer trips ... totally worth the money ...

Not the most flexible set of luggage on the market but I can't beat the value. Feels like it could get run over by a truck, the zippers are tough with big pulls to easily close, the handle feels a little light as it's all plastic but I can't find fault with it. The carry on has a lot of little pockets and features all over it which are very nice.

Brand new vs. a few domestic trips and one international. The wheels have held up, and they've been over tough ground at Dublin and Edinburgh airport. The case is fine for international travel as far as size goes. Its light enough that I havent had to worry about exceeding the weight limit but still durable enough to get slung around by airport workers. I'm happy with it.

Great for its price. For a suitcase that sees travels somewhat frequently, its held up through many trips, but starting to fall apart now, as to be expected from normal wear and tear

I bought this suitcase as a last minute solution, but it’s definitely a favorite! It survived plane handling and cruise porter handling. It is very deep and the two sided system helps when packing, as we generally travel as a family. Mom’s things go on one side and kids' things on the other which helps to eliminate extra bags to carry and extra baggage fees.This is NOT a small suitcase, but it is an excellent alternative to a larger 28” suitcase, as the depth makes it very spacious yet still suitable for checked luggage.Also, the netted section in the middle was nice to keep things flat. We may have stored coloring books here... probably not what the designer envisioned but they came home without a fold 😂

This is an excellent suitcase for the quality and price. It held up nicely on my last trip, and has plenty of room. Honestly this suitcase is as good as the one I purchased at a local store, but way more affordable. Plus the included lock is a great feature. It did get scraped up by the baggage handlers, but it’s only cosmetic (they treat luggage roughly anyway). And it does hold a lot of stuff. I packed it with gifts and Halloween decorations, using the expander, and it worked perfectly. It’s lightweight and feels as sturdy as anything you can get in places like Walmart or Target (even Kohl’s). I also love the color. Orange is my thing, and it’s tough to find luggage to match.

This is a good carryon piece of luggage. It is attractive and holds up well. The inside has separate compartments and the locks are built right into the luggage.I just returned yesterday from a trip to Europe and checked this piece. It was on a completely filled flight so didn’t cost for the second bag. There was not a mark or scrape on the outside when it came off after he baggage ramp. I was pleased that it held up so well.I also had it overfilled with several items I purchased on my trip so the expandable portion of the luggage was completely used. It held more than I thought it would for a smaller carryon.

I purchased these “used with a cosmetic blemish” for a significant discount off of the standard price. When they arrived I searched everywhere. I could not find any type of blemish, dent, anything that would be abnormal. I know these were never used the wheels were in perfect condition had not touched the ground. The inner suitcases were still wrapped in plastic.The one issue that does concern me is the handle on the top of the suitcases it does seem a bit flimsy. That is why for durability I gave it 4 stars. I’m not sure how long that handle on the top is going to last
