Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like that it is organic and it tastes really delicious. Very pure. I eat quite a bit of fat and it has to be of good quality. I pretty much do a keto diet and the body seems to be in ketosis as I am not fat but quite the reverse. But you have to have good quality fat for the body.

This takes me back to my childhood. I remember when my grandmother cooking with either lard or tallow. I've made a few dishes so far, fried taters and fried brussel sprouts and oooooh were they good. Get away from those seed oils, not good for you. The health benefit of beef tallow is so much better. The quality, smell and taste of this tallow is great.

This tallow is very rich it has a faint odor the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I decided cooking with olive oil is my best bet for every day cooking. I am using this tallow to cure and clean my cast-iron pans and it works fabulously.

I am using this as part of a home made deodorant recipe and also as a skin moisturizer. Doesn’t have a bad odor, and leaves my skin soft and hydrated without the harsh chemicals .As for cooking, I don’t have a clue.

I’ve been buying varies fats from Fatworks direct from their site for years now. Theis products are always superior. This one was a gift for my Mom who is ditching all those nasty seed oils. Make sure that even on Amazon you buy directly from the manufacturer or Amazon to ensure you are getting a pure product. Many people will buy via a third party and complain something is wrong with the product when in fact it could be the way it was stored or altered best by dates (though also keep in mind that fats should last almost indefinitely with proper storage).

Seller improved their packaging since previous reviews, so it came to me in one piece. Heard the pop when I opened it, so I know I was first to open it. Has a use or freeze by March 2026 which is 8 months from now. Smells beefy as I would expect tallow to smell. Haven’t cooked with it yet but all seems good.

Quality: this product is super grainy and smell is overwhelming. Not like other beef tallows I’ve used before.Functionality: I use tallow for skincare but given its texture/consistency thats not possible to do with this product.Value for money: Zero. You cant return this item so money down the drain.
