Make sure to turn it off. I thought, oh, it's motion activated so if we go to bed it'll just be there for when she wants to play. Wrong. Three seperate times since going to bed tonight I've awoken to knocking while my cat is next to me. It's the stupid ball running into the wall, lighting up the room like the sun. Now, I'm half asleep trying to unscrew this thing and it's like the devil tightened it. I started sweating and my wrists are actually sore now.The cat seems to like it ok, but the vibrating can get aggressive, and make her loose interest. And trying to turn the thing off while it's on "active mode" is quite the experience. Recommend dealing with this toy during the day. And turning it off and hiding it at night like the Furbie you can't shut off.

My cats are late-adult and senior aged but have showed more interest in playing of late, I though a toy that moved on it's own would be more engaging for them and keep their activity level up. I found this interactive ball to do just that, they like that it isn't constantly moving and will take them by surprise when it starts back up again. This isn't noisy or scary for my more skittish cat. This ball is very strong, too, as it held up to my puppy taking it for a spin. He was chomping and tossing it all over the place. It was nice there were two squiggly tassles included in the box too, so when one gets worn out it can be replaced right away.

Corky loves his electric balls and this one he loves the most! Very well designed and made making it so durable it will last forever. Keeps a great charge and shuts down for breaks then starts back up on it's own making the first couple nights a bit scary and funny as it woke me up all during the night. No problem and if you have any problems with that, just charge the ball in the early am once and all will be fine.

I got this toy ball for my cat for Christmas, and he loves it. The ball lights up, changes colors, and rolls around all by itself. My cat thinks the toy is a real animal, and he chases the ball around different rooms. The ball, which is rechargeable,provides much-needed exercise for my cat. It’s a great cat companion and toy.

My cat is only about five years old but she’s really very lazy. There’s not many things that she finds interesting and she wants to play with. But this is a great toy for her!! After reading the glowing reviews, I hoped that my 6-month-old cat would at least enjoy playing with this ball somewhat. He has no interest in it whatsoever, other than the attachment, which didn't interest him for long. The ball is large, very hard, heavy, and makes a lot of noise when it rolls on hardwood floors. It bashes into walls forcefully, even in the lowest setting. Overall, very disappointing.

My cat loves this toy. She has many toys but loves how this one moves. If its on carpet it moves slower so we don't have the problem of it going under things. However, my cat loves to wait for it to move then attack it like she does in the picture. After I charged it she played for 2 hours straight the first time we gave it to her. If the toy is not on carpet it moves quickly and goes under furniture. Definitely worth the money!!

I mean, it's plastic but there are softer plastics...! It's so loud rolling on my hardwood floor that I just had to stop. Also, the noise made my kittens (3 months) less interested in it. Yeah just don't bother with the electronic toys. They're all really loud.
