Nice...
Retired landlord and home owner for forty plus years. This Gasket/seal is great.. you can set the seal with the additional spacer then set the bowl.. If the bowl is more then 3/8" off floor, cut off a thin slice of the spacer and reset the bowl. you can't do that step with a wax ring.. little wobble is all you want before you tighten down the two bolts..

Having done way too many toilet jobs in my life, first time trying a non-wax ring. So far so good! Will update this review if things change.

I bought 3 of this product, twice. It worked well every time. A lot better than wax ring. no mess and easy to handle.

Work with a BUT...
I had to trim the spacer with a knife. Cut about half of the foam off. My flange was about 1/8 to 1/4" below the floor so I had to use the spacer but it was too thick to get the toilet to install flat on the floor. They really should supply different thickness spacers so you can add or subtract as needed.

Very easy to use. No wax seal to deal with. Seems to have a better fit and prevents leaks.

Not worth the hassle
Too high with additional piece added and too low by itself. My flange is flush with the floor. Not worth the hassle.
