Since I started college I've been through roughly half a dozen brands of caffeine pills and Vivarin is easily the best. There are no noticeable negative side effects you may have come to expect such as head aches, nausea, or even vomiting. They have no taste and the texture of the tablets are smooth with have no powdery residue on them or in the packaging.As usual caffeine pills are infinitely superior to coffee in regards to cost, but if you're looking to try a better brand you shouldn't hesitate to buy Vivarin.

Definitely gives me the lift the espresso coffee shots wouldn't. I take one at around 8 am and just for good measure, another at around 1 pm. I have no problems falling asleep at night.

Faster and easier than drinking a cup of coffee! I have never felt jittery from taking one pill but typically only take 1 in the mornings.Each pill is individually packaged which is great. I keep some in my backpack, in my car, and at home without having a bulky bottle to carry around.

I have long prior experience with the previous Kroger-brand tablets, sporadically interspersed with packages of Vivarin when the Kroger brand tablets are out of stock. Since Krogers switched suppliers, their product has changed for the worse, so I ordered Vivarin here (as it was cheaper here than in the store). I find that these tablets work less well than the Vivarin I have bought in the past. In fact, it seems to me they do nothing at all.The package says to store at room temperature (68-77 degrees F) and avoid excessive heat (greater than 100 degrees F) or humidity. My guess is that this was not stored properly at the warehouse and/or was exposed to excessive heat and humidity during shipping. I wanted to have overnight shipping, and the web site said I could get it that quickly, but Amazon did a bait and switch such that when I checked out the only option was two-day shipping. Or perhaps I was sold a counterfeit product. Or perhaps Vivarin does not see an effective product.

I drink coffee everyday and this gave me way more energy than a cup. I took one around 8 am and forced myself to go to sleep around 1230 am. I wasn’t jittery, just make sure you eat and drink enough thru the day. I personally wouldn’t take it on an empty tummy.

Arrived quickly, packaged well, product works!! Wish it was a bit cheaper though!
