The toy is great. All as described. It was easy to assemble/set up for play. It has 3 tiers and 4 balls, and 1 wand. My other kitten's ball fits perfectly, too, and I can use it as a replacement. I've noticed that one of the balls has red and blue lights. The kitten can play it for an hour with no trouble. Only one small problem... The wand is a bit poorly made. The dot of glue didn't keep the "head" on the spring unfortunately, the same as the feathers, they are coming out as they are not glued properly but it's not a big deal if you own some glue... I hope my kitten won't get too bored with it

My kittens absolutely love playing with this, it's great value item for the price. It's well made and the feather feature on top is a bonus. Would definitely recommend this. Fast delivery.

The media could not be loaded.  Considering the product turned up super dirty, which I NOW realised is the result of a ball filled with catnip. After a clean and assemble the cats are in playtime heaven!This video was as soon as I put it on the floor, and they haven’t left it alone since! The light up ball is super fun, as is the catnip ball.This is a win product 🩷

I very rarely do feedback on products that I buy, unless they are very good. I don't do them because most of the time the products do not meet my expectation. this however is not one of these occasions. I have spent many hours watching one of my cats batting the balls around the contraption, only to see another of my cat's walk in, grab the unit in her teeth ( by the feather) and drag it around the floor, while being chased by the other cat. hours of fun and many laughs.all of the other toys that I have bought over the last 2 years have been destroyed in seconds. This one is still going strong after a week and the feather is still intact. I am very impressed and my cat's love it they also like the box (of course) usually that is the first thing they play with and usually it lasts longer than the actual toy. the unit is very robust and easy to build, you could do worse than buying this product.

Good quality to be fair. Just my cat doesn’t play it anymore after a week. Depends on the cat really.

Removed one star because I received it full of dirt. Fortunately, the seller contacted me and offered me a partial refund for the inconvenience. 10/10 customer service. The quality is good too, sturdy and the balls don’t fall out
