OEM quality - follow their YouTube video A++++!!
I was able to replace my shattered screen in less than an hour and had no issues. The screen looks great and installed easily. I searched as much as I could to find the best replacement since there are so many knock off vendors out there. The reviews speak for themselves, this is a top notch screen and it feels like new. They even apply a screen protector for you, other older pictures looks like they used to apply a matte protector but mine was the clear tempered glass, it's perfect.A few tips for installing:1. Follow their YouTube video and you'll be fine.2. Use a hairdryer for the step where you disconnect the home button, wave the dryer over the glass part of the screen not the connector directly. I did this for around 10 seconds and then used the tool they provide free in the kit and the adhesive came right off with no issues.3. Installing the screen back onto the phone, follow their instructions in regards the proper order so it seats correctly.Again, great screen - couldn't be happier.

Excellent kit but not for the impatient or shaky hand person
A very well though-out and mostly complete (see my list below) replacement glass kit for the iPhone 5. I ended up using their YouTube instructional video (link in the booklet) rather than the included instructional booklet, which I think was better for passing on many of the little installation nuances and warnings. Keep in mind, though, that this do-it-yourself option is not for everyone. To be successful, you need:1) The patience of a priest - working with the many small parts requires sometimes having to repeat the same task multiple times to get it right. Getting frustrated will derail the process.2) The eyes of an eagle, or at least very good reading glasses AND a magnifying glass. Lots of VERY small parts (screws, etc) to work with.3) The steady hands of a surgeon. This is not a job if you have shaky hands.4) Augment the included tools with a tweezers and a magnifying glass. For me the process took 1.5 hours to complete, for I had some difficulty in reinstalling the top ribbon cable that included the earpiece, camera, and light sensor. It does appear I did not install the ambient light sensor correctly, for my phone no longer dims automatically based on surrounding light, but I am not about to tear it apart again for that one feature. One other note: The HOME button appears to be lightly glued to the original faceplate but the instructions didn't mention how to re-adhere the home button to the new faceplate. I didn't think to do this, either, until after I had the entire phone re-assembled. Now my home button will move/turn slightly after each press. To correct this, you need to consider applying a very light adhesive on the home button edges when installing it on the new faceplate (not superglue unless you never plan on removing this home button again).

A lifeline
Summary: Good product, recommended, worked well, looks like new.I dropped my iPhone 5 and damaged the digitizer. It wouldn't respond to any touches or gestures at all. Nothing was cracked or physically broken, but I knew the digitizer must have been damaged. Searched around for different replacements and finally decided on the iCracked version as it seemed the most reliable. I needed this ASAP so I used the next day delivery option on Amazon Prime. I was very apprehensive about this product because quality control can be so vague whenever you deal with generic/3rd party manufacturers and distributers. The replacement came the next day by 6pm and I opened up the box. It all comes very professionally packaged which gave a bit of reassurance off the bat that it isn't some hack piece of junk, but looks can be deceiving. All the tools needed are included, although I did end up using a second very small flat blade screw driver to help me pry out the damaged screen. The instructions included (flow diagram) are sufficiently detailed for anyone with basic common sense to follow. Make sure to keep track of the screws as they warn, and also be sure to go step by step, exactly as described and watch the YouTube videos if you need to. I didn't bother with the videos as the included flow chart was good enough.Went through the process as outlined very carefully, and everything went smoothly. Hair dryer helped with some of the adhesive bits. There was a small plastic piece and gasket that goes around where the proximity sensor is that came out which took me awhile to determine where they went, but figured it out. Went in the reverse order during assembly and made sure to put the screws in the right places. Before actually seating the new screen fully into the iphone, I turned on the device to make sure everything was working as it should. To my great joy, everything turned on and functioned perfectly. NOTE: If you do not have the new screen seated back into the phone completely, the home button will not function because the contacts are not being given any signal from the home button. This is normal. Be not afraid. Now that everything was working flawlessly, I turned the phone back off and reseated the screen properly.Very happy with the product. I checked a game and a movie and usual internet/app stuff, it all works perfectly and looks like it should. Also remember that the provided screen protector has a matte finish and may change the way some images display. If you are worried the screen doesn't look up to par, take off the screen protector and take a closer look.Thank you iCracked for a good product and good instructions!
