Edelstahl, kein Aluminium! Also mir fällt nichts negatives ein. Also Totalausfall. :-)

Holds heat very well and no leakage.
Excellent 1tr flask. Holds the heat very well. In the morning, I pre-heated the flask with boiled water. Filled with hot soup. And it stayed boiling hot till the afternoon. Approx 7hrs. I would say the 1ltr is your best bet for hot liquid keeping its heat, rather than the smaller ones. It seems a lot but I found it to be the perfect size for lunch and a snack later (I work from 1030-2130). Light weight and love the black sandblasted finish. This will last a lifetime. The screw on lid is designed to have a loose fit to allow the steam to escape gradually as you unscrew and not to release all at once, possibly causing a mess. The lid tightens up well and did not leak whilst in my ruck sack.

Misleading discreption.
The description on Amazon says 24hours COLD... Is this a joke? When I received the item, on the packaging the description was 8hours cold. Only 12 hours difference :P. The truth is that it hardly keeps something cold for 8 hours. I placed the flask in the freezer overnight and at 6:00 in the morning it was super chilled and I added yoghurt. By 14:00 it was less cold than the refrigerated yoghurt. I am not sure if I will keep the flask, as I purchased it to keep food cold and not warm. Very disappointing.

A great buy. Plenty of room and easy to use.
Fantastic. I had a flask but it only holds 500ml and it struggled with course, lumpy soups. So as I am doing Joe Wicks I needed something to transport hot lunches. I went with the 1l because I knew I should be eating more than 500ml that my flask carried. So now I can take bolognaise, pasta, curry and rice dishes. There is plenty of room to eat food out of it with a spoon. I actually managed to drink soup out of it too. It's well made and easy to put together. Sofar it is keeping my food piping hot until lunchtime (2pm) after heating thr good at 8am. The black coating on outside looks substantial and will hopefully repel most scratches etc . A great buy. I was going to buy a more expensive one of Amazon, so glad I didn't.

Flask
I bought this flask for work so I could have hot food in winter. It did not have any pre heating instructions so I presumed it was not necessary. The first day I had soup in it, I put it in at 7am and by 12.30 at lunch time it was only warm, certainly not hot. The second day I had pasta but I preheated the flask for 10 mins with boiling water and over heated the food for longer than I normally would. By the time that 12.30 came the pasta was warm at the top but pleased to say it was hot in the middle. So I will try soup again but will over heat it, and I will pre heat the flask with boiling water so hopefully it will still be hot at 12.30. It does advertise to be hot after 8 hours but I doubt this, unless I have a faulty flask. Nice looking flask and nice wide top to eat out of. I have now done another test with soup, pre heated with boiling water for 20 mins, over heated the soup and was pleased to find at lunch time it was hot, it does obviously start to cool quickly once its in the cap, so you need to drink quite quickly.
