Fair product but read my warnings
I think it's a fair product for it's price. It was really easy to connect to the cameras, the first time that I saw the image quality I thought it looked great! Amazing honestly for the price. My problems come from the fact that the charger port on the device is very flimsy, and sometimes I have to mess with it so it actually charges, and there has been times when I leave it charging overnight and it slightly moves, so when I wake up to it not charging anymore. Another thing that I noticed is that the sensativity on the device is very low, even when you max it out. We always have it on max but there has been times that my son will cry and I can hear him from downstairs but the device doesn't turn on to warn me he's crying. But we still use it and I can't complain due to the price.

Nice monitor, bad battery life. Charging port faulty.
Overall great monitor but the battery life is terrible. It lasts about 3 hours from when I take it off the charging cord (being fully charged). The night vision is super strong (my husband can see through my leggings lol). And the 360 view on the camera is very convenient.UPDATE: 09/17/2020 (9 months after purchase). The charging port has continuously had issues. There is a little metal piece that fits into the port that has come out (it’s there so that the cable fits snug). I’ve had to glue it back but it’s so sensitive, that I have to gently place it in a very specific way just so it charges.

Super frustrating to use
The battery life is terrible, we have to leave it on the charger 24/7 or else the dead battery alarm will go off and wake up everyone in the house. Also, it’s super complicated to use. You have to click 5 buttons just to switch from camera 1 to camera 2. Also, the buttons are not backlit, so you can’t see what you’re doing in the dark. It’s has military time, and no way to change it in settings. This baby monitor was expensive and now I wish I had gotten something else.

Charging port get loose
This is my second monitor in 2 years the first one did the same thing. The charging port in the back becomes loose and you are no longer able to charge it I love this camera but am disappointed for the money spent on it that it wasn’t a better quality.

Great Cameras, Poor Battery
I have to say I love the video and the night vision works really well. However, the battery life is awful and the loud beeping when the battery is low is startling and frustrating. Also, the charger does not charge the battery well and the plug constantly falls out or is loose. I'm disappointed for the money that we spent that the product has only lasted a few months and is now more frustrating to use than useful.

Great service level
Great customer service. Original purchase had a slight defect and the service reps responded promptly, with great care and fixed the issue quickly. The monitor works really well for sound and picture. The temperature feature is convenient. The battery doesn’t last for a very long time unless you put the monitor in power save mode but that’s not a big deal for us as we only use it during naps and bedtime so we just plug it in at night. Great monitor for the price and you can’t beat the high service level.

Not impressed for the price.
Impossible to find a good angle, didnt like that you had to go in and select a camera to check.in or just rely on scan. Needs a sustained split screen. Likes to fona bunch of booting up rotating which is super annoying and its touchy and non responsive with the rotation at the same time some how. Returning. Oh and NOT WIDE ANGLE! Too zoomed

Gets the job done
I bought this to keep an eye on my toddler and newborn. While the 2 cameras, 1 monitor thing is great...you have to manually toggle between the two images or set it to bounce between the two images. No split screen option. The battery life is also quite awful...you can get a few hours off of it but then the thing is a dead as a doornail. Overall it's a decent unit...not my favorite, not the worst.
