Excellent quality beautiful and comfortable but just TOO LARGE I will be buying more pairs . very nice trousersI ordered the 32 and was worried they would be too small, however there were enormous , The quality though is exceptional, so comfy and warm, I have now ordered the smaller size 30, and expecting them to be of generous size. AYG resolved my problem with a refund with several choices on the refund. The company are very good to deal with I would suggest that the size is definitely on the big side of error, a previous review says they are enormous, mine were too, but I will be buying several more pairs once ive tried the size 30 ( I have a 34 waist !)OK an updateI am a size 34 waist , the first pair of these I ordered were a size 32, I expected them to be a bit tight but when they arrived they were ENORMOUS, but the quality was excellent, I ordered another pair size 30, thinking that if the size 32 were massive then the size 30ought to fit ( I have a 34 waist )when the size 30 arrived they were a size 30 , which I could squeeze into if I breathed in and moved a buttonDeciding on one last try I am ordering a pair of size 32 and hope they fit and that the first pair had missed quality control and were just a one off errorI will give a further update when the third pair arrive

I like to wear these when walking my dogs on cool Winter days - when it's not raining anyway (they're definitely not waterproof). Lots of pockets to carry stuff like dog treats or even a tennis ball, very comfortable and warm. They're not particularly hard wearing though, they don't survive being snagged on a barbwire fence well, the button tends to fall off (no big deal to sew on another) and like another reviewer noted the zip is a major fail point. The zip is cheap and nasty and if it does break (as it did on my previous pair of these pants) then there's not a lot you can do about it. I also have a water resistant version of this design but they are awful to wear because they hold persperation in and rapidly become clammy regardless of whether it's wet outside. I'd rather have these and simply wear waterproofs if it's raining heavily on a walk. They do machine wash ok when they inevitably get muddy. For sure a better alternative is going to be more expensive and these have lasted well (about 2 years).

My husband is super pleased with these trousers that He asked me to buy him another pair. I measured his waist(34 inch) and bought the size(34) corresponding to the measurements and fits like a glove.he usually is between 32-34 inch waist. Nice colors as well.

Unimpressed at first sight. Although rugged-looking in the photos and cotton the material is cheap and will snag on thorns, no doubt. I've worn at work for a week and already the material on the hem is wearing through, stitching on the knee coming undone, and another area of stitching is unravelling. Plus a button is coming off a pocket - haven't even used that button. I bought two pairs but won't be using the second, instead asking for a refund on both. Otherwise they are a loose fit, I.e. comfortable for work, and warm - but the bottoms are too tight really to fit over work boots or walking boots. All the more surprising the hem material is wearing as they were safely inside my boots. Unsure what kind of work these are good for then unless you're behind a desk. Wouldn't want to do any kneeling: they would disintegrate in no time. The pocket zips are rubbish as well. Far better off with jeans plus a long-john if cold: and so good all year round... jeans much more hard-wearing and authentic-looking. As cargo pants go these don't look convincing either, except in the photos.

Very good trousers for the money, the quality seems fine and they are very warm. I work outside in a quite windy enviroment at times and they really are just the job for keeping out the wind and cold. The length is good and although I probably should have opted for the 30 waist instead of 32 they are fine with a belt. Delivery was a couple of days later than estimated but I didnt mind this and all in all I would not hesitate to get another pair should I need them. Well worth the money if your looking for a tidy pair of fleece lined warm winter trousers that have plenty of pockets and are ideal for working outside.

Very comfy material, cosy lining and good fit all scuppered by poor quality, cheap, sticky zips. I’ve done the old pencil along the zip trick to lubricate them but no amount of lubrication will extend the life of this rubbish. There are 3 zips on these trousers, one on the fly and 2 on the pockets and they’re all crap so it’s not just a bad un. I’ll give the fly zip a month tops.I would have loved to give these 5 stars but it makes no difference how good the material and manufacture is if your going to put a cheapo weak zip on the fly.

Took 3 weeks to get but could be down to the festive period, not even bothered how long they took to get here tbh.Not long had them but so far seem fine, i think they have changed the product since some of the bad reviews, there isn’t a fake pocket and seem pretty bomb proof (will not save you from a bomb) only down side is the right leg has a double pocket so if you put coins or anything small in them your gonna need your child to get them out for you, my hands don’t fit in the side pocket. All other pockets are fine apart from the fact if it’s cold you may struggle to get In to them because of the sausage fingers you’ll have.I would say if your planning on using them for the great outdoors they are made from cotton which isn’t he best to use if your planning on not freezing your bits off. Once I get more use out them I’ll post another review to say if I have bits or no bits.

Would be five stars, but wrong unlined ones arrived initially, but i cant complain, the distributor re-ordered and the right ones came, and they didnt want to wrong ones back, so i have a pair of warmer weather ones too now! Thanks for that. Good well made, plenty of room and ties at the ankles to stop the wind blowing up your legs. Really warm lining, great trekking and walking trousers, plenty of pockets. Good all round.
