Not Happy!! Was looking forward to having a good clock.
From the second I opened the Amazon envelope it was obvious that this had been returned previously and was not NEW! The plug in was not in the box it was in a bag that the box was in. The box it's self was bulging like it had been opened and product shoved into it. And yes... the product was shoved in with no wrapping and NO INSTRUCTIONS. The second I plugged it in it did not work. I had to wiggle the cord to make it work but then it would shut off again. Was so disappointed that they would send out defective product! Would have loved to order another one but I am afraid that I would get another defective one again. :(

USB ports are awesome
Perfect little digital alarm clock with bright clear numbers. Having two USB ports to charge both granddaughters phones at once is fantastic !

Not user-friendly
I bought this alarm for my son, he threw the instructions out I have searched online for how to set the time and the day and have not found anything. I have also messed with it for quite a while trying to hit a combination of buttons to try and set the clock, the alarm and the date. It is not easy to do without the instructions. And you can’t find them anywhere online. I would never buy this again nor would I recommend it to anyone .

Good sellers are satisfied with the shopping
After discovering projection clocks a couple years ago I could never go back to a regular clock. I lost so much sleep from straining my neck to check the time. I bought this to replace a projection I had which had a red light. This blue light is so much more soothing than harsh red light. Also cool that you have choice of plugging into outlet or usb.

The backup battery doesn't work
I'm extremely annoyed that the backup batteries do not work at all. Before you ask, yes, I triple checked they were aligned correctly and even tried reversing the alignment. I'd give it 4.5 stars if it didn't have this problem but now I cannot trust my alarm will go off if there is a power outage.

Great Clock
Great radio clock. Dual alarms are great as hubby and I get up at different times. Dimmer also great for a good nights sleep. Easy to use and change alarm times. Keeps excellent time.
