 I review a ton of gear in a years time, this worked so well I decided to add parts of a video review I did for it. Its built like a tank and managed to dig though our tough desert soil out here hitting rocks and other junk in the ground without a single issue. The added fire starter works great as do all the other accessories. Really pleased with this one.

This is not some cheap gadget that claims to do all these things, but in reality breaks with any attempts or simply does not function as promised. This is the real deal--very sturdy, well-made, high class product. Strong material. I recently used it on a week long scout camping trip, and saved the day by having this on the trip. All the scouts were impressed, and the other 10 adults on the trip were wanting to know where they can purchase one! Great product!

I've found a bunch of uses for it already and that doesn't even include the usefulness in a survival or emergency situation. Yeacool packs a ton of different features into this tool. All of them packed conveniently into a shovel.As I mentioned in the video, its is large and feels durable. I've used it some and to this point I've had no issues with its durability. Just remember, it is a multifunction tool. It's not purely a shovel or purely a knife or purely a spear, but it can be used for each of these functions. None of those tools is as good as one designed solely for one function but for a multitool designed for many functions, it works great.I can't compare it to any other companies products of similar nature but I can say that this one is good and its features work as designed and as expected. I was hesitant about Yeacool's stuff at first because I didn't know anything about them but I have two of their products now and both have been excellent.Hope the review helps.

I bought this folding shovel because it was cheap and I like to try out hiking-type gear that isn't heard of and doesn't have a huge price-tag attached to it. It cost me about $10 at the time and shipping was very fast. Upon getting the shovel, I noticed right away that it was well made and durable. Nothing was lose and nothing feels like it is going to break after first use. I used it a few time ruggedly and it performed very well. The shovel blade came very sharp and it cuts through hard dirt like a knife through butter. It is super lightweight too! I can't think of anything I dislike about it. For $10, I feel like I got a product that is worth $50. Lightweight. Durable. Cool design. Multi-function. I'm really happy to add this folding shovel to my regular hiking gear. Thanks for an awesome product!

I got this item to put with his camping gear. He, my husband and older son ALL found this to be of great quality and will come in very handy for camping and hunting. I am fixing to order another for my grandson. Thank you so much

I have bought other shovels like this but I can recommend this one. It is made of heavy steel, and does not bend. I like the handle as it has a rubber-type covering for good grip. The lock mechanism is solid, just like the military models. It came with a heavy canvas case which you can carry on your belt. I intend to give this one to my grandson to carry in his truck. It has a saw edge for cutting small branches. It could be used as a fry pan in an emergency. A very useful tool.

I got this to keep as a spare in my truck. have used it on one camping trip so far to dig a pit for a fire and it worked great. it folds nicely and the pouch is durable.

Where do I start? This shovel is full of so many survival attachments it's unreal I carry it around in my truck in case of an emergency and in my opinion it's worth every penny you can use it for hunting trips, fishing trips, camping trips or just plain stick it in your truck in case of an emergency. Real sturdy and overall looks great and it got to my house shortly after ordering didn't take long at all.
