If you’re any kind of writer, artist, or student I really recommend this bag because it has what is essentially a pencil pouch sewn into its middle main pocket.There’s a slim outer pocket that I use specifically for sketch books and notepads and it gives the rest of the bag some structure.The front of the bag has another sort of pencilly organization thing going on and I put all kinds of random stuff in there. Chapstick, lighters, whatever. It also has a very very useful snap buckle for you to hook your keys on. And I mean, theres also a hole for you to stick a headphone jack through, but I haven’t used it yet. I cram a LOT of junk in here. And because it is made of canvas I have the option of decorating it at some point?TLDR; if you’re a messy person with a lot of junk to carry around, I rec this bag because not only can you get rough with it, it makes it REALLY easy to stay organized.Might also be good as a discrete diaper bag? For the dads out there.

I am very happy with this messenger bag. It has convenient pockets and pouches. The strap is comfortable and the bag sits comfortably at the side when wearing it. It fits my laptop, which is 12 in, but it probably wouldn't fit a larger laptop. The zippers are strong and good quality.

This was honestly so much more than I expected it to be! This little bag really packed the punch for me with so many pockets to access and store stuff in. I originally had a smaller bag that I wanted to upgrade from and this blew me out of the water! On the outside alone you already have access to four(4) zippers of all sizes. Small one on the very front, the main zipper, a medium sized pocket in the back, and a thin but spacious one in the back. That's not even all for the outside as theres two smaller pockets on both sides, mind you the two smaller pockets aren't big enough to fit a plastic water bottle. Lifting up the flap we have a part of the bag thats designed to hold your phone, some cards and has wire insert if youre carrying a portable battery charger. Inside the largest part of the bag you're greeted to a generous amount of space. I like to bring around my Audiotechnica ATH-40x studio monitors on the go and this is more than enough space already compared to my smaller previous bag. In the main space you also have two more smaller zippers, one being mesh, and a slightly smaller pocket that would be perfect for storing money and or earbuds. This being at 20 dollars I am still blown away by how many pockets there are and how great the material feels. It feels very sturdy, the zippers feel very high quality and the bag is so extremely versatile for travel! Couldn't recommend it enough!

I can't say enough great things about this bag. I had looked at many bags, mainly I focused on leather ones that could hold my iPad Air 2 comfortably and maybe a notebook and other things for school, but could not settle on something I liked. I went down the rabbit hole selecting "Recommended for you" and "Customers also bought" bags and this one stuck out to me. I agonized further and saw different people had different uses for it. One, a professional photographer, mentioned this bag was low-key enough to not be stolen if he left it by his side while doing his work. I agreed that this is good point if you plan on using the bag for travel, which I actually ended up doing unexpectedly. I took it on a week long trip to San Francisco, through Muir Woods, the parks, the harbor cruises, and all and it held up and kept my stuff safe, secure, and ordinary looking so nobody would think to steal it.Overall, the bag has way too many pockets but that is a great thing for travelers like me. On a normal day, I would use this bag for school where I put my ipad in the back pocket, small notebook in the cavernous middle with my lunch and a light jacket, and then my wallet, keys (there is a thingy inside where you can clip them), stylus and various pens, mechanical pencils, and other stuff can all go on the outside pocket underneath the flap. My phone, a Galaxy S7, fits fine on the side pocket, as does another pen which needs to stay capped otherwise I could stab myself which has happened before with other bags, or ruin my clothes. The only thing this bag does not have is a water bottle pocket which, if put there, would have made me fall in love. As it stands, I could probably just fit a regular bottle of water in the bag along with my things. For travel, there is a pocket inside the middle which has a hidden zip that I put my passport inside.I do have one gripe, but that is one that I can't deduct a star because I bought this type of bag specifically, and it is that to access the inner pockets underneath the front flap you have to lift it from the Velcro and open it. I bought a messenger bag so naturally that is a part of the design. It just takes me 2 noisy seconds longer to access it really. My coworkers always compliment me on my bag, and family members.Overall, I would recommend this bag as a great travel companion for the price, although if you put heavy things inside, I also recommend you to get a padded strap cover for achy shoulders.

This bag had ultimately turned out to be one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve ever made. I bought this bag in about Nov 2016 and I’m writing this in Feb 2020. My bag has surprised me greatly by lasting that long! I’m just now replacing it due to the main pocket zipper breaking off. Maybe I could have fixed it but I tried and failed. It was easier to just buy a new pretty one. As you can see in the pictures, I was surprised the color truly didn’t fade much if at all in the time I had it. I customized my original bag a ton and there’s visible “damage” from all my pins and patches I removed. Other than the zipper breaking off, in the years I’ve had my bag I have had to repair the spot where the strap connects to the side of the bag once (easy enough, just used a leather needle and sewed it back on). My back pocket zipper also tore away a bit but the zipper was actually still functional! All in all, for lasting as many years as it did, I am impressed. Can’t wait to spend another four years with this bag, maybe more!

I bought this bag (I'm female) as I have looking for a purse/bag that has various compartments - more than a normal purse. Well, this has so many I get them confused and am still sorting it out - but I love it!! The larger compartments are small enough that you don't lose smaller items at the bottom, and with the various sized compartments that come with this bag - makes it wonderfully easy to stay organized. This is a man's bag - but ladies- it's an organized woman's dream!

Pro:1- very good material inside and outside.2- depth of bag is generous and it will hold many every day items.Con:1- Expensive for what it is.2- side pockets are useless, as they won't hold a bottle nor a cell phone,3- card slot compartment could improve by adding more slots,4- no inside pocket in the outer most zipped pocket,5- no dedicated place for todays' 5.2" screen phones with protective case. I am assuming that everyone nowadays carry at least that size, if not bigger.Overall I m happy as I was desperate to replace my Swiss bag for travel.

Purchased this for a family holiday to firstly be able to carry all our passports and paperwork but also to carry around as a bit of a 'man-bag' to keep a power bank, USB cables and even a 10" tablet in it. There was still room every day for a bottle of water plus a bunch of other random things. The pictures make it a bit difficult to see how much room there actually is inside. I recommend it.

I bought this bag almost a year ago this month and it still holds up like day one. I use it daily for work and have also taken it on a few trips as my carry-on for my ASUS chromebook (C100PA), which fits perfectly in the flat pocket at the back. Because it has held up so well, I'm considering buying it in the brown so I have a couple of options and for when my current bag finally wears out, which doesn't seem like it will happen anytime soon. The inner compartment is roomy enough for my travel thermos and large wallet and even a lunch container. I love all the zippers and compartments and use every single one of them. This may be too small for some, but I find it the perfect size for what I need/needed it for.

This bag is great! I originally purchased it just to cart around my art supplies while I’m out and about thinking it wouldn’t hold much more than that considering the size. I was wrong! This bag is like some sort of tardis I’m certain of it! Inside I currently have 4 nappies (diapers), a packet of wipes, a thermos, a baby bottle, a formula dispenser, 2 spare sets of clothes for my kids, my travel watercolour container, a spare container for water, a pencil case, a sketchbook, my wallet, phone and keys, and there’s STILL room!Quality is great, it’s not too big, not too small, and nice and casual looking. I couldn’t recommend it more!
