Fast shipping, and for the price, definitely worth it! It doesn’t have pockets, and I highly recommend wearing a pettiskirt underneath since it is not lined, but at $15, those were sacrifices I didn’t mind making. And I would not call it a “skater skirt”. On me, it fit exactly as I wanted it to, like a full retro circle skirt. Several people thought it came from Mod Cloth. Perfect for Christmas!
