These are my Husband's favorite type shirt.They can breathe and are very lightweight.Perfect to wear during his physical therapy days, and he likes to wear them and layer without overheating.I ordered him an XL in the light blue color. The grey on the underside of the arms and side of chest area is very slimming as well. The XL fit him as expected.High quality materials and workmanship. 100% polyester material. Definitely not the polyester of the 70's.This will quickly become one of your favorite shirts to wear. I really like this shirt even though it's men's. This shirt is made from a mesh design which is great. This shirt is perfect to wear if your active like jogging, boxing or running. The material is breathable so it will dry quicker. A great thing about this is the color doesn't run when you wash it. This shirt can be worn by men and women.
